The primary purpose of this position is to to serve as an Air Force Reserve (AFR) Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Pay Cell Tier III program administrative specialist for Air Force wide AGR Pay program of moderate size requiring modification to fit a limited range of variable and which have specific guidelines and goals and objectives well defined.Responsibilities Participates in the planning, developing, and establishing program guidance, assessments, requirements, and advisory services for the Air Force wide program to external and internal customers. Responsible for end-to-end program oversight across the matrix AFR organization. Performs reviews, studies, and analysis to evaluate and recommends procedures and guidance to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program.
