Purchasing Clerk We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Purchasing Clerk for a contract opportunity with a large organization in Orange County! The Purchasing Clerk will receive, process and manage a large volume of purchase orders/invoices for the purchasing department. The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for the following: Data enter a high volume of purchase orders/invoices onto Microsoft excel Maintains purchasing documents, files and records to ensuring the availability of documentation Position responsibilities The Purchasing Clerk must possess the following: Min of 1-three years of recent, similar background Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office Suites , especially Word and Excel Detailed, accurate data entry skills required Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written correspondence abilities.
