JOIN THE TRU SERVICE TEAM MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER Generate mortgage loans through solicitation of individual consumers, groups, real estate brokers, and builders. Originate mortgage loans, complete applications, pre-qualify potential candidates, obtain all necessary documentation, provide disclosures, analyze candidates financial status, credit and property to determine feasibility of granting loan in compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA and mortgage lending regulations includes RESPA, Truth in Lending, HMDA, HOEPA, etc. Discuss & be knowledgeable with different loan products, terms and conditions of each. Promote credit union products & services. Establish and actively participate in referral relationships to develop new business and retain existing business.
