Territory Trainer (TT) The Territory Trainer (TT) is a part time position which is responsible for training Retail Merchandisers and Territory Supervisors in a specific geography. Retail Merchandisers maintain card departments and outposts for both every day and seasonal products. In addition, they participate in installation activities which include building Hallmark fixtures, moving card departments, installing new stores, store relocations, and card department remodels. Territory Supervisors are responsible for supervising the Retail Merchandisers.
