Accounting Assistant / Intern - (Huntsville, AL)

Avion Solutions is seeking an entry level accounting staff member to assist with daily, weekly and monthly transactions. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning Avion's ERP system with minimal supervision. He or she should be organized and have good time organizational skills. The Accounting Assistant/Intern will report to the CFO and work with the Accounting Department. team to accomplish intradepartmental goals and deadlines. Data Entry Assisting accounting staff in daily and monthly processes Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Scanning and filing of accounting department. documents Other duties as assigned Necessary background / Skills:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
