Patient Assessment and delivery of care: Provides patient care functions according to protocol, procedure and written directives to level of certification. Performs a patient assessment throughout a call on every patient encountered, providing appropriate treatment and transportation decisions. Maintains and improves skill level and knowledge base: Attends/participates in 75% of annual departmental training and completion of annual Skills Competency Fair.
