Customer Service Representative - Full Time - (Plainfield, IL)

Excellent opportunity to work in customer service in an office setting. We are looking for professional, detail oriented customer service representatives who have great technical skills. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding to incoming customer calls; completing data entry of customer info; dispatching calls as is appropriate; obtaining and processing payment info and handling customer complaints. Multiple shifts available. Our office is open from 6:00a.m. to 10:00p.m. weekdays and 8:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekends. We are a growing company and there is potential for growth both upward and lateral. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, good communication abilities, data entry skills, and be able to type 25 wpm and have a current understanding of Microsoft office and microsoft excel.
