CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST Department | Customer Care Reports to | Director of Customer Care ECR Software Corporation (ECRS) is seeking applicants for the full time position of Customer Care Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for communicating with existing and prospective customers, and for processing orders when necessary. Ideal applicants can thrive as a team member in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment and possess a high-level of business professionalism. Day-to-day assignments include: Accurately process orders per specified guidelines and policies. Provide support to the sales team for business transactions by assisting with comps, discounts, customer credits/returns, waivers, special orders, etc. Develop a high-level mastery of the ECRS product offerings and their various configurations. Promote and offer products and services by consulting on and evaluating customer needs.
