Quality/Inventory Specialist - (Huntsville, AL)

POSITION TITLE: Quality/Inventory Specialist EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High-school degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred. BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS: 2-five years' quality control background in a manufacturing environment with government contracts preferred. 5-seven years' background in inventory control or logistics management preferred. Proficiency with Ms office and general computer operation is required. Working expertise of math and statistics (calculations of sample sizes). Additional Preferred Requirements: 2-5 yrs supervisory background. Background in a government sewing environment preferred. POSITION DUTIES: Implementation of quality control program. Ensures that all work performed is at or above the standards required by the contract, and to the satisfaction of customers, adhering to ISO 9001:2015. Oversee and perform, all receiving, issuing, billing and shipping as needed to meet the requirements of Inventory Management.
