Solution Center Sales Representative - (Richmond, VA)
The Solution Center Representative (SCR) assists customers with time sensitive shipment inquiries and requests. The SCR provides accurate and efficient solutions with regards to shipment, pricing, weight and/or delivery issues. Provides updates and follows-up on time critical shipments, the SCR will communicate with both external and internal customers with clarity. On average, associates will speak with 25-35 customers daily in an inbound outbound call center. Additionally, the SCR provides internal support to terminal operations, sales and corporate departments. Must have the expertise to adjust work priorities when needed based on the business needs. Regular attendance is required. Responds to requests for transactional rates for time critical guaranteed shipments from external and internal customers via voice, email, E-Net and MyEstes
