Quality Manager - (Beaver Falls, PA)
Function: Responsible for determining the validity of quality functions and/or processes throughout the support functions - Customer Service, IT, Purchasing and PPIC. Maintains the support functions' Quality Program and accompanying documentation to appropriate standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Principal responsibility for reviewing and auditing Quality procedures for adherence to PTC Alliance Quality System, procedures and the PTC Alliance Quality Manual. Provides reports to respective functions for appropriate corrective measures. Monitors and supports Measurement Systems for the plants. Assists all support departments in quality planning and implementation of quality related procedures. Answers technical questions raised by support functions and directs quality training for them as required. Reviews technical problems and procedures and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
