CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE - BE A HERO TO OUR CUSTOMERS As a Customer Service Associate , you will be working outside-- greeting customers as they return their rental car to our lot ensuring a smooth and safe traffic flow. Additionally, as a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental background,--scanning cars into their correct location and directing customers into vehicles whilst making them feel valued. Qualifications of the Customer Service Agent: Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent At least six months of background in a customer service role Valid driver's license and a good driving history with previous driving background Basic technical skills to enter details into our database Flexibility - Due to the nature of our business, this role will require you to work a schedule that--includes nights, weekends,--and holidays that may frequently change so flexibility is a must!
