Production Supervisor - (Mechanicsburg, PA)

Permanent position: Immediate, Direct-Hire opportunity for a first shift Production Supervisor in the Harrisburg, PA area. The Production Supervisor will oversee all manufacturing and will ensure safety, quality, and on time delivery of products. Associate's Degree is preferred but background may suffice. Background with Lean Manufacturing and ISO standards is highly preferable along with Lean Sigma certification. Applicants should also have background supervising others. Responsibilities: - Coach and implement Lean processes. - Lean Manufacturing background - Ensure safety, quality, and on time delivery. - Support plant safety while developing safety processes and communicating it effectively. - Coordinate with Supervisors and Team Leaders to prevent and resolve issues.
