Responsibilities Coordinate and direct the activities of the hourly production employees in the Extruders/Shipping/Pulp Dryer department to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining safety and quality. Provide details and training for crew on all equipment and processes in area of responsibility. Maintain personnel records and execute performance evaluations on employees.
