Job overview SummaryThe Glens Falls Operation is known as Bards' Technology Center of Excellence. The plant has been in the Queensbury/Glens Falls area since the 1940s. It's Bard's largest domestic manufacturing facility employing approx 700 people in a 3 shift operation. The plant is only fifteen minutes north of Saratoga off I-87, conveniently located near lots of shopping and amenities. For those out of the area, the site is approx 50mis north of Albany, in close proximity to the Adirondack Mountains, the resort town of Lake George, and historic Saratoga Springs, famous for its health, history and horses. The Glens Falls Operation manufactures over twenty product lines serving all Bard divisions and serving OEM customers. Position overview Participate in and support the facilities' Quality and Management Systems. Design, develop, qualify, and validate manufacturing processes and tooling/equipment to drive continuous improvement, improved safety, and cost reductions.
