Under general direction, develops, organizes, directs and evaluates a comprehensive program to inform the public of the services, activities, projects, programs, and objectives of the City of Santa Ana Public Works Agency (PWA). Oversees the development and administration of public relations programs, campaigns, web sites and social media accounts. Consults with and advises agency management on the public relations implications of the department's activities. Bi-lingual Fluency in English AND Spanish OR Vietnamese is highly desirable.
