Wellness Navigator - Transportation Coaching - (Chicago, IL)

JOB OVERVIEW The Wellness Navigator for the Transportation Coaching Program will provide coaching activities to assist adults with serious and persistent mental illness in meeting their transportation needs and develop skills to become more independent. The perfect candidate will ensure clients are able to learn the public transit system and help reduce barriers associated with using this public system. The Wellness Navigator will also provide peer support services to encourage increased recovery. WHO WE ARE Looking to make a difference?
