Position description The Associate Manager is an energetic, outgoing self-starter who has excellent sales, marketing and customer service skills. You aggressively contribute to profitability by developing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships, possessing basic technical skills and being committed to customer satisfaction. This position reports to work Thursday-Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays Off). Willingness to travel to other local locations two days a week. Work Location is in Martinez, CA Responsibilities and Duties Work alongside your teammates to maximize sales, marketing, occupancy, and delinquency management of the facility.
