Position title Senior Appraisal Support Analyst Position description Summary Will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and managing a team of Appraisal Support Analyst responsible for researching the data specific to the creation of the "Front-Half" of a commercial real estate appraisal report. Will include data gathering, brief write-ups and comparable property analysis. Will be dedicated to a specific group of appraisers and responsible for the reports they assign. Position details Key functions and responsibilities Research taxes, zoning building details, assignment details - 15% Quality check details and letter of engagement from Job Centre (client info, address, project dates, length of time for project, appraisers assigned to project, office assigned to project, special circumstances and requests) and engagement letter - 15% Compiling Data to write up local area analysis, utilizing CoStar, Reis and publicly available data such as taxes, zoning, and incentives.
