Food Service Worker - Per Diem - Rotating Shift - (Turlock, CA)

Food Service Worker Works as a team player of the nutritional Services department, is responsible for tray set up and delivery of food service to patients via tray line, cafeteria, dining room, and /or catering. Transports food carts to and from kitchen and patient care areas. Performs ware washing, equipment and department sanitation throughout the department. Cleans and maintains dish machine, follows department sanitation procedures. Works as directed by Chef or Supervisor. Cafeteria Service Worker Depending on work outline for assigned station, is responsible for preparing deli and salad bars for service and setting up a variety of food items for cafeteria. Operates and maintains food service equipment. Maintains serving area in a safe, clean and sanitary condition. Performs cashier duties.
