Position description This position is responsible for communicating with current and prospective small and mid-sized Commercial Business Customers to educate them about Comcast products and services that will fulfill their business networking needs. Our representatives will need to be able to maintain prospect and customer databases on a daily basis, and be able to respond to all prospect and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
