Occupational Therapist - Inpatient/Outpatient - Part Time - Days - (Turlock, CA)

Responsible for evaluating the patient's physical and functional status and planning appropriate treatment program to achieve short and long-term goals that are measurable and realistic. Performs periodic re-evaluations and adapts program as needed, in order to maintain or improve patient's functional abilities. Works collaboratively with fellow occupational therapists as well as speech and physical therapists within the department to provide quality patient care. Provides services in both the acute-hospital setting as well as within the on-site outpatient clinic. Requirements: Current California Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to take board exam). Certification with NBCOT (National Certification Board of Occupational Therapy) is optional.
