Physical Therapist-Spencer Hospital-Spencer, Iowa Spencer Hospital is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitative Services team! The Physical Therapist is responsible for delivering the highest quality therapy services to patients. The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed Physical Therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, neurological impairment, diagnosed syndrome or developmental delays; helps patient reach his/her max performance and integrate into an educational system and/or society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, mentorship of students and/or staff, participation/coordination with committees, performance improvement, marketing, and program development. In addition the applicant should have possess great communication abilities, caring attitude and be a team member.
