Leasing Consultant - (Cary, NC)

Real estate private equity firm with extensive holdings throughout the U.S. is seeking a highly-motivated and talented Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will become the public face of our property and key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective tenants. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales background and can offer competent service to our tenants. Responsibilities Manage the leasing, closing and move in process with our new residents. This position will tour, qualify and sell the property's features to prospective residents. Using your strong administrative and technical skills, this position will manage various tasks, such as managing lease files, updating necessary paperwork and computer systems, completing marketing/advertising tasks, updating social media sites, etc. Weekends are required; must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.
