Qualifications Background: one to three years background directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Education: Bachelor's degree in CIS, MIS, IT, and/or appropriate skill level in related position. Certification in 1 or more of the following areas is preferred: A+, Network+, Linux+, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, MCP, MCSE, MCITP, and CISSP. Skills:* Expertise to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and/or teaching methodologies. * Expertise to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues. * Expertise to work efficiently with diverse populations. * Expertise to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. * Knowledge of teaching methods, curriculum, and education programs. * Teaching and facilitation skills. * Expertise to teach and control the behavior of students. * Knowledge of academic and/or vocational education curricula. * Knowledge of and expertise to apply relevant current education methodologies and techniques.
