Amazon is seeking a highly-intelligent, high-judgment, self-motivated, and creative professional to help drive our social media activities in support of our corporate communications goals. The right applicant will be passionate, creative, strategic, and a self-starter who's willing and able to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done. They'll be excited about working with people across the Global Corporate Affairs organization to create content which educates key audiences about important Amazon activities, events, and milestones, and to amplify our PR efforts. Core Job duties: Source, create, and publish timely content for various audiences to educate them about key Amazon activities, events, milestones and PR efforts; Create and edit video on the fly Use social media to drive awareness of and traffic to key stories and web sites; Be responsive to breaking events which provide Amazon an opportunity to tell our story; Manage accounts on various social media platforms
