Customer Service Representative/Teller (Part-time) - (Lincoln, NE)

Role: The Customer Service Representative will assist customers and potential customers with their banking needs; involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments, explain services, sets up new accounts, and responds to problems. Critical functions & Responsibilities: * Working teller window (change orders, drive-up, night deposit, mail deposit, money orders, cashiers checks, safe deposit boxes, cash checks/money transactions, ATM cards, counting money, balance window) * Assist customer inquiries in person and over the phone * Open new accounts and account maintenance * Support customer on-line banking inquiries * Research (missing items) * Accurately maintain and balance a cash drawer * Review reports to ensure compliance with Government regulations and bank policies are being met * Process ACH and wire transfers * Answering phones * Maintain strictest confidentiality * Promote bank’s services and make referrals to other bank departments
