Senior Staff Accountant, Russellville, AR - (Russellville, AR)

Job description The Senior Staff Accountant will collaborate together with the Senior Accounting teammates (i.e., the Division Controllers, primarily) to assist with daily ledger management, financial month end close, and help maintain accuracy across 3 (3) sets of subsidiary financial statements while helping to ensure Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAP) are followed. The Staff Accountant will also provide internal support as needed for members of Denali's "operations team" in the field. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Job assignments may include, but are not limited to the following: Manage the General Ledgers (and, maintain trial balances) - prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs Daily entries pertaining to bank account activity Weekly and special payroll entries Monthly amortization and allocation entries Intercompany transfer entries Month-end accrual, deferral or reclassification entries
