Office Coordinator-Part time (956-262) - (Dallas, TX)

Required functions: Daily responsibilities: Turning all lights, placing calendars in conference room each morning, delivering newspapers, ensure fresh coffee is available at all times Refill paper in printers and copiers, stock small refrigerators in executive area/ lobby/ suite180, Maintain cleanliness and order in conference rooms, clear dry erase boards, replace dry erase markers and erasers as needed, clear overflowing trash Maintain break rooms on all floors throughout the day: Refill cups/supplies, Setup and cleanup/move food from meetings to Break Room (make sure it does not sit out for more than a few hours) Maintain supply room cleanliness; monitor inventory in supply room and reorder supplies as needed Maintain office cleanliness: wipe down kitchen counters and tables throughout the day, clean glass doors throughout the office, keep Copy Room clean and organized, clean and organize all kitchens - including cabinets, manage recycling. Report any issues to facilities and security.
