Prepares and maintains prints and XYZ coordinate tables, production drawings and other related documentation per ANSI standards completely and accurately considering methods of manufacture, tolerance, and their effect on related parts. Design and produce fixture and gage tools supporting production process. Provides info, prints and support to production as necessary. Responsibilities: Creates 2D and 3D models and drawings from notes, sketches, layouts and drawings prepared by others. Prepares and maintains engineering project design layouts, production drawings and other related documentation per ANSI standards completely and accurately considering methods of manufacture, tolerance, and their effect on related parts. Prepares and maintains mechanical drawings and other related documentation from layouts, sketches, or verbal instruction using SolidWorks on a consistent and competent basis.
