PUBLISHING MAGAZINE PRODUCTION Job overview: These positions require a min of 2-year Associate?s degree in related position. The Desktop Publishing/Magazine Production applicant will be required to produce quality magazine related pages utilizing Quark, PhotoShop, and Illustrator. These applicants will possess excellent organizational, proofreading and graphic related experience and knowledge. Individuals should be able to perform all basic desktop publishing functions, as well as perform flatbed color scanning and be familiar in all aspects of four-color ad design and layout. Most pages are formatted and follow pre-set Quark templates. Heavy typing, ad and editorial layout, and design. THIS IS NOT AN ART DIRECTOR POSITION!
