Advance your career at Liberty Mutual - A Fortune 100 Company The Business Lines (BL) State Profitability team is looking for an individual contributor to partner with state teams and DSOs to ensure a comprehensive plan to reach target profitability across all lines of business. This role will report directly to the BL State Profitability Manager within the Economics organization. Responsibilities: Contribute to a comprehensive and well-organized process to understand state-level profitability relative to target Highlight states that pose high risk to long term profitability and growth and support communication of plans to address Collaborate with State Solutions to consistently evaluate state results and develop action plans to reach target returns Develop multi-line evaluative tools to quantify and diagnose state issues Understand and track state-specific drivers and initiatives using consistent inputs and assumptions Consult with DSOs on state-level profitability issues and leverage best practices seen
