Position description Principal Duties and Responsibilities: This entry-level position is responsible for administering benefits for 9,000 benefit eligible employees. Assignments include monitoring all employees' benefits, benefit administration, data entry, letter generation, communication with employees, managers, insurance carriers, and collecting and gathering necessary details. Other duties as assigned. Position responsibilities Min Requirements Expertise to work autonomously, set and meet own deadlines Expertise to work well with all levels of management and support staff Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities Background with Microsoft office Associate's Degree or higher Preferred Requirements: Proficient in Excel Workplace atmosphere: Standard office environment.
