Workers' Compensation Claims Bill Reviewer - (Allentown, PA)

Overview Accurately review and edit provider medical HCFA and hospital UB bills in accordance with Selective established company policies, procedures, and business rules. Support the daily demands of our customer needs by acting as the frontline customer service representative primarily through answering incoming calls and submitted emails. Handle transactions and communications using independent judgment to provide proactive customer service and determine the appropriate course of action to address inquiries. Maintain Quality Assurance Accuracy and production goals set by Manager. Respond to inquiries from WC Claim adjusters/Supervisors, providers and vendors. All position assignments and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as requirements directed by manager.
