Overseesdaily operations of their assigned projects. Mentors and supports AssociateDirectors and other members of their project teams and interacts closely withother departments to help meet overall business objectives. Ensures existingclients are more than satisfied by seeking excellence in delivering highquality, value-added services to PPD Medical Communications' clients. Our ideal candidate has background in a medical details/patient services environment and significant medical contact center ability Critical functions ofthe role include the following: Leads the division and cultivates a supportive, motivating and collaborative working environment and also builds an effective and productive team focused on overall corporate objectives. Ensures projects are properly resourced, managed, and executed and develops verifiable project goals for Associate Directors. Oversees and/or coordinates new project implementation.
