We need you to join our team! Dynamic Homes, premiere modular home manufacturer for 48yrs, is seeking a highly-motivated Purchasing Agent to join our Production team. The person in this position is responsible for ensuring that all procurement collateral is accurate and supports the construction, sales design center, and vendors resulting in the building of error-free homes. Assignments include but are not limited to: Highly analytical and detail-oriented Home building Purchasing or Estimation background Excellent project and time-organizational skills Team member with the expertise to prioritize and project manage Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Expertise to read and comprehend detailed construction blueprints, specifications, and detailed development drawings Excellent technology skills, including Microsoft Windows, Outlook and proficiency in Microsoft excel Attend annual purchasing convention Research new products
