Home Health Homemaker Location: 3670 - GSS St Peter Home Care 600 S fifth St. Suite 211 St Peter, Minnesota, 56082 United States Employment Type: Various Options Available Hourly: 10.35 - 11.15 Shift: Day Position description Provides services according to the client's plan of care created by the nurse and/or therapist and as defined by the care plan, such as housekeeping/laundry services, companionship and stimulation for the client, accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments, meal preparation, and may include grocery shopping or other errands when needed. Respects clients' property. Maintains clients' privacy, security and confidentiality of conversation, records, and info while provides clients with opportunities for independence and choice consistent with client's care plan.
