You will have responsibilities associated with this job will be assigned based on level of background and complexity of C&I and/or CRE loans. Responsible for underwriting commercial loans for C&I or CRE lending group. Compile and analyze data for preparation of credit packages for loan approval or pre-screening, production or review of spreads, cash flow analyses, valuation of collateral, review of appraisals, audits, and other data. Interpret analyses done by others, prepare summaries and recommendations and may make joint presentations with Relationship Manager to Credit Approvers for new loans, renewals of existing credits and refinance loans.
