Handles Direct Response channel overflow calls. Sells and Services Flood and Wind policies. Utilizes in-depth product knowledge to fulfill customer's needs. Utilizes selling techniques to appropriately overcome objections to achieve sales targets. Conducts 1st line underwriting risk evaluation in accordance with established rules & guidelines. Responsibilities: Most important responsibility is to provide channel agnostic support for the field sales channel to focus on the customer's needs while appropriately rewarding the channel/representative assigned to the customer. Uses knowledge and selling techniques to build value in the product tailored to the customer, overcome objections & solve prospect or policyholder problems to convert leads into sales.
