Midland Independent School District is seeking a--Full time Social Studies Teacher/Coach--at the following locations:Abell Junior High-school, Lee High-school and Midland High SchoolPOSITION FUNCTION/PURPOSE:--Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and--social growth.--Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.Provide instruction and coach students to develop skill and expertise to microsoft excel in the sport assigned.--Responsible for contributing to the educational program as a whole and to the growth of each student.--EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityValid Texas Teaching certificate--BACKGROUND:Student teaching
