Position qualifications Create, distribute, and retain of Certificates of Conformity and Certificates of Analysis for all required products. Microsoft Access Background Required Capable of creating, editing, and navigating databases. Maintain inventory of required equipment in the QA Lab. Create purchase orders. Understand the required inventory levels. Chemical analysis equipment Physical property analysis equipment Participate in safety exercises. A min of 1 monthly safety observation. Maintain calibration records, verify equipment on schedule, and orchestrate all replacement of equipment as needed. Work with vendors to organize calibration schedule. Investigate alternative types of equipment, or different sources, to improve quality of details and reduce cost. Maintain a spares inventory for all instrumentation. Input non-conforming material requests as needed and control the work flow as needed. Maintain production retains Label, store, and dispose of samples as needed.
