Position overview: The perfect candidate will respond to RFP's received, managing the response by compiling standard answers, writing unique and persuasive new content, formatting, editing and final submission. Additionally, the position will work with subject matter experts across the organization to develop specific response-focused, technically accurate content to increase proposal advancement rates. The applicant must have strong written correspondence skills, superior command of English with relevant background in the global mobility industry. Critical skills Assignments include: Work in collaboration with marketing director to produce new content relative to prospect, client and supplier collateral. Partner with sales team to develop win strategies, themes, key messages and other pertinent proposal content for each pursuit. Assist in analyzing the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer's issues and needs.
