Senior Solutions Architect - (Buffalo, NY)

This role leads the research, definition, development, recommendation and implementation of large & complex Delaware North IT solutions. This includes architecting the solution, piloting, 1st time implementation, documentation and standardization for repeatable deployment. The focus of this position will be all DN’s major POS, PMS and payment systems and includes but is not limited to interfaces, integration, mobile & web technology, and cloud technology solutions. The Solutions Architect sets the standard for system implementation, support, change management & development lifecycles. The Solutions Architect has a programming background and knowledge to build solutions. Additionally this role serves as Level III engineer support requiring a deeper knowledge of systems or development. This person assists with management of the vendor development space for work as well. Maintains currency and compliance of system environments – keeping current of changes for vendor, security and platform releases.
