General Position description: ---This position in the internal Helpdesk provides support to staff on all company supported applications, software and hardware. Primary assignments include: 1st tier support, full time management support calls/tickets, routing calls/tickets to appropriate IT teams, troubleshooting applications and desktop support for Mac and PC users. Applicant must have excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills, with expertise to distinguish between different problem types.
