Program Consultant - Case Reader - (Sedgwick, KS)

Job Description: The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) currently has an unclassified Program Consultant position in the Prevention and Protection Services Division. This position can be located in the Wichita or El Dorado Service Center. The starting salary for this position is $17.39 per hour. Previous candidates need not re-apply as you are still being considered. This Program Consultant position is responsible for Provider Agreement in the Wichita Region. This position serves as a liaison between the Department for Children and Families (DCF) and its contractors as it relates to referrals, placements, retractions and monthly reconciliation error reports. The position also works closely with DCF licensing and does on-site visits to facilities that house children placed in DCF custody. They write reports on the facilities which may include recommendations to keep facilities compliant.
