Description: The Talent Strategy Consultant role is being developed with the purpose of shaping, developing and implementing creative, comprehensive and strategic sourcing strategies that will enable KPWA to grow and reach established hiring targets, deliver on strategic workforce planning methodology, help leaders understand the talent implications of their business strategy and determine what is required to attract, develop, and retain the talent needed in the future to achieve desired business outcomes. As a COE, Talent Strategey and the talent strategy consultant will partner and collaborate with HR colleagues, senior business leaders, frontline managers, and physicians to educate, consult and build capabilities in applying strategic workforce planning methodology and create holistic, intregrated talent management solutons.The Talent Strategy Consultant will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business, government, military community service
