SVP - Development & Investment Construction - (Newport Beach, CA)

POSITION DESCRIPTION Accountable for the sourcing, underwriting, and field execution of multi-family development and investment transactions within assigned Business Unit for Trammell Crow Company's multi-family subsidiary, High Street Residential, including site selection, securing entitlements and approvals, budgeting, design, creating and implementing project business plan, capitalizing and monetizing of project, usually under direction of principal-level colleague and in conjunction with development management professionals. Coordinate asset management of assigned portfolio of assets. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for identification and gaining control of new multi-family business opportunities. Accountable for the underwriting of the new multi-family opportunities and field execution of development and investment transactions within assigned business unit for Trammell Crow Company's multi-family subsidiary, High Street Residential.
