Staff Trainer/Hiring Manager Job DescriptionPark Cities Pet Sitter has an open position for a Staff Trainer/Hiring Manager.Park Cities Pet Sitter is 1 of the largest pet sitting companies in the country, with 40+ staff members. In this position, the applicant would be working out of the PCPSI office in the Lakewood area. Hours are approx 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, with the need for on-call work at least 1 weekend monthly, and occasionally during the week.In this position, the applicant will be responsible for: Assisting owner in the initial screening of new staff members would include reviewing applications received, setting up and conducting 1st-level phone interviews, coordinating and conducting in-person interviews, performing experience and reference checks.
