Benefits Analyst - (Minneapolis, MN)

What is the opportunity? As a Benefits Analyst with RBC Wealth Management, you will focus on benefit administration and all tasks related to the support of our active employees, COBRA, Retiree, LTD, and Fully Insured participants. You will also resolves complex service issues and problems that cannot be handled by HRSC US ESTO including, but not limited to late benefit enrollment, escalated insurance issues, and retiree benefit issues in conjunction with benefit vendors and US Pension & Benefits. Additionally, this role provides specialized support and ability with internal and external audits and accounting qualifications for defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans as well as the health and welfare benefit plans. What will you do? Provide support and backup on all administrative tasks related to COBRA, Retiree, LTD & Fully Insured benefit plans.
