The Fort Miller Group, located in Greenwich, NY, has an immediate opening in our Human Resources Department for a fast paced individual who works well independently as well as part of a team. Our HR Representatives work as business partners to our subsidiary companies and are involved in many aspects of the business. Our assignments include, but are not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Performance Monitoring, Associate Retention, Training, Compensation and Benefits Management, and Associate Relations. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who is also detail oriented and analytical. In order to microsoft excel, members of our Human Resources team must be very comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people, promoting company initiatives and our company's Philosophy Statement.
